RUNWAY: Juun J FW13

Korean label Juun J dreamed for flight for Fall/Winter 2013. Ethereal doves were appliqued onto bomber jackets and sweaters to hit the idea home. The house continued last season's vision of oversized proportions by showcasing a myriad of extra large, bulky coats that had strong shoulders and a hypermasculine feel to them. Hints of military tailoring also showed up via sleek Chesterfields, some combined with chunky wool sweaters that unbottoned to create an extra lapel, a great style note. The finale saw a series of wildly evocative animated prints on billowing blousons, a wildly entertaining and lighthearted end to the show.
